Ujana ni muda mzuri sana ni muda ambao unafanya maamuzi makubwa kwa ajili ya maisha yako, maamuzi ambayo yatakaa muda mrefu. Ujana ni kipindi cha maandalizi na kipindi cha kujijenga pia, na haya ni mambo machache ninayoyaona ni muhimu kwa vijana kuanza kuyafanya mapema, mapema kabisa nikimaanisha sasa.

1) Kujifunza /Kuthubutu mambo mbalimbali

Mimi naamini katika kujifunza vitu mbalimbali, unaweza ukaona hakuna umuhimu leo, lakini huwezi jua umuhimu wake miaka ijayo, kuthubutu kuna kusaidia kujua kama hili swala linanifaa ama halinifai kwenye maisha yangu.

2)Kunywa maji

Nimekutana na watu wengi wanaoshangaa ninavyotembea na chupa ya maji kila mahali, na ingawa naonekana nafanya kitu cha muhimu sana kiafya, I promise sifuatilii mambo yote madokta wanasema. With that being said, naona kunywa maji na kufanya mazoezi ndio mambo pekee ya kiafya ninayofanya. Kama ni kweli mwili wa binadamu unatengenezwa na 60% ya maji, then kunywa maji ni jambo la muhimu sana. Kwangu natumia kama kunywa maji ni njia rahisi ya kujisafisha mwili, unapoenda haja ndogo unausafisha mwili, lakini pia kwa wale wanaopenda urembo ngozi inatakata.

3) Kufanya mazoezi

Mi napenda kukimbia. Nahisi mazoezi yaliwekwa ili kila siku tuufanyishe mwili kazi, and so najaribu kuenjoy wakati nafanya mazoezi. Hivyo huwa napenda kukimbia wakati wa asubuhi ili nione sunrise au jioni nione sunset + nakuwa na music napumzika from time to time. Mazoezi sio lazima yawe mateso, you can even do dancing tu. Unajua tuna mwili mmoja tu hapa duniani ni muhimu kuujali lakini pia jitahidi kutafuta zoezi unalilopenda.

4)Kusave hela

Najua ujanani kuna majaribu mengi, na pia kuna vitu vingi tunavyovifurahia kuvifanya ambavyo ni vya gharama kwetu. Kama vijana kusave hela hata kidogo kidogo inakusaidia kwenye maisha yako huko mbeleni. Najua wengi tumekulia kwenye familia zinazosubiria mshahara mpaka mshahara na hivyo tabia ya kusave hela hatujaiona ikionyweshwa kwa mifano, but ni vitu vya kujifunza. Unaweza kusave hata tu ya kuitoa msaada sehemu, ya kusafiria au ya kukusaidia huko mbeleni kwenye maisha yako.

5)Kuchukua mapumziko ya mitandao ya kijamii

Najua unahisi ukitoka kwa muda social media, utakuwa nyuma au dunia itasimama, ila ukweli ni kuwa unahitaji break hiyo kwaajili ya afya yako.

6) Kusoma vitabu

Kuna faida nyingi za kusoma vitabu, moja wapo in kukupa maarifa mapya na kupanua dunia yako .

7) Kuacha mawazo na kupumzika

Kama vijana kuwaza sana, na kuwa na stress za maisha inatuumiza sana kuliko kutusaidia. Kila kitu kitakuwa poa in time.. We all don’t know what we are doing with life, I promise.

8) Kutengeneza connection na kuwa na mahusiano mazuri na watu

Kuna umuhimu wa kutengeneza mahusiano ya watu watakaokumentor, lakini pia marafiki utakao kuwa nao kwenye safari ya maisha. Kuna msemo unasema ukitaka kwenda haraka, nenda peke yako, ukitaka kwenda mbali nenda na wenzako.

9) Kuacha kujilinganisha na kupata experience kikazi

Vijana wengi tunajiumiza kwa kujilinganisha na watu waliotutangulia au tulionao sawa tukisahau kila mtu anasafari yake ya maisha. Lakini pia muda huu was ujana ambapo tunanguvu ndio muda was kugain experience katika mambo mbalimbali na hivyo kugain wisdom kwenye maisha.
